Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Trendlo! Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Times & Rates

We ship worldwide. Because our products are sourced and fulfilled internationally, delivery times vary by destination:

UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain 10–20 business days
Rest of World 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. They do not include our 1–3 day processing time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/value.

Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If your order contains more than one item, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations and arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing — you'll receive tracking information for each package. If you have any concerns, contact us and we'll confirm the status of every item in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number along with a direct link to track your package. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to fully update with the courier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Trendlo is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country once a package arrives in your jurisdiction. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you're unsure.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and will assist with any delivery concerns.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Trendlo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@trendlo.co — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local courier and check with neighbors/household members first. If the issue isn't resolved, reach out to us at support@trendlo.co within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier.

For items damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
